Localizing the format of the minimum interval message

You can localize the format of the minimum interval message to display the defined value in hours instead of minutes.

  1. Open the Time Off Calendar.
  2. Click the Turn ON config mode icon.
  3. Click a day on the calendar. The New Time Off window is displayed.
  4. Select a time off type that has a defined minimum interval from the Type lookup.
  5. Select the Partial Day check box. The minimum interval message is displayed.
  6. Click the localization (orange diamond) icon to the left of the minimum interval value (MIN_INTERVAL_CONFIG).
  7. Specify one of these formats in the Default field:
    • m: Displays the minimum interval in minutes. For example, 90. This is the default.
    • h:mm: Displays the minimum interval in hours (single digit) and minutes. For example, 1:30.
    • hh:mm: Displays the minimum interval in hours (two digits) and minutes. For example, 01:30.
    • hh.dd: Displays the minimum interval in hours and minutes as a decimal. For example, 1.5.
    Note: If you change the default format, you must also change the corresponding unit.
  8. Click Save and close the window.
  9. Click the localization (orange diamond) icon to the left of the minimum interval unit (MIN_INTERVAL_UNIT).
  10. Update the unit in the Localized To field. For example, Hrs.
  11. Click Save and close the window.
  12. Click the Turn OFF config mode icon.
