Determining the Browser Version

Verify that your installed browser and version is recommended by WFM and supports Java applets.

For example, Microsoft Edge does not support applets and Chrome no longer supports applets. See Infor Workforce Management Release Notes for more information on the recommended browser versions.

If you are using a browser that is not recommended in the Infor Workforce Management Release Notes or your browser does not support applets, you will have to do the following:

  1. Apply the patch supplied by Infor Support. Contact Infor Support for more information.
  2. Use PortableApps to display applets in a supported FireFox browser. See Using PortableApps to Display Form Builder and Workflow Editor for more information.
