Building Reports with Form Builder—Process Steps

Note:  While the Form Builder is the preferred method of building forms within WFM, a new tool has been introduced in WFM 5.0 for building reports. The Workforce Performance tool is more powerful than the Form Builder for report-building purposes. If you have a license for the Workforce Performance tool, then use Workforce Performance. This tool is preferred for builder reports. See the Workforce Performance Implementation and Administration Guide.
