Creating distribution lists

To create a distribution list:

  1. Select Maintenance > Messaging > Distribution List.
  2. Click Create New Entry.
  3. Specify the name of the distribution group in the Distribution List field and a brief description in the Description field.
  4. Click Save.
    Two new panels are displayed under the Distribution List - Details section.
  5. Select the security groups that are authorized to send mail using the distribution list in the Distribution List Group section.
  6. Select the users for the distribution list in the Distribution List Members section.
    Each time an authorized user sends a Workmail message using this distribution list, all distribution list members will receive the message.
  7. Click Save.
