Using System Health Check

System Health Check is a collection of tests designed to collect information about your environment and quickly identify possible WFM deployment issues. It uses a system of tags to identify relevant tests that collect information from different areas of the application. A suitable warning (non-critical) or error message (critical) is displayed upon completion of each test. A list of completed tests is also displayed. Information from these tests is often useful when attempting to troubleshoot deployment issues.

To run tests in System Health Check:

  1. In the WFM application, navigate to Maintenance > System Administration > Diagnostic Tools > System Health Check.
  2. If you only want to run specific tests associated with a specific tag, select the tag in the Include column.

You can also exclude the tests associated with a tag by selecting the tag in the Exclude column.

  3. Click the Select/Deselect All button to select or deselect all tests. In most cases it is recommended to include all of the tags and tests when using System Health Check.
  4. Once you have selected your tags for the tests you want to run, click Run Tests.

System Health Check will display messages for all failed tests and warnings. It will also list the tests that were executed in the current run under Executed Tests.

For more information on the tests that were run under Executed Tests, you can refer to Test and Tag reference which also lists the applicable tags for each test.
