Error messages

You can view the logs in the Job Scheduler or the Import Transactions page for errors during a Schedule Details Import. See Job Scheduler.

Errors are also shown in the Import Log Report. See the Workforce Performance Implementation and Administration Guide.

This table lists the possible error messages for a Schedule Detail Import:

Error Message Description
Cannot find the Employee in the import data. Employee is not found in import file.
Cannot find the specified schedule in the import data. If Creates Shift When Not Found is set to TRUE, a shift is created; otherwise, an error is generated.
Cannot find the Start Date in the import data. Start Date is not found in import file.
Cannot find the End Date in the import data. End Date is not found in import file.
Invalid date format. Invalid schedule in and out dates, invalid break times.
Cannot find the Workforce Management Team in the import data. Workforce Management Team is not found in import file.
Cannot find the Job in the import data. Job is not found in import file.
Cannot find the Time Code in the import data. Time Code is not found in import file.
Cannot find the specified Workforce Management Team in Workforce Management. Workforce Management Team is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Job in Workforce Management. Job is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Time Code in Workforce Management. Time Code is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Hour Type in Workforce Management. Hour Type is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Project in Workforce Management. Project is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Docket in Workforce Management. Docket is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Department in Workforce Management. Department is not found in the system.
Cannot find the specified Skill in Workforce Management. Skill is not found in the system.
