Assigning employees to calculation groups

Each employee is assigned a calculation group. The initial assignment occurs at the time the employee is created, but the employee override page can be used to change the assignment.

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Basic Information - Override.
  2. Select the employee that you want to assign to a calculation group using the Employee lookup.
  3. Select the date for the employee data to which you want to assign a calculation group using the calendar in the Date field.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Select the calculation group that you want to assign the employee using the Calc Group lookup.
  6. Click Submit.
