Skill qualifications for LFSO shift trades

When trading LFSO shifts, employee skills are verified in two-way shift trades and shift bidding transactions to ensure that employees trading a shift have at least one matching skill in their employee profile. Two-way shift trades are accepted when the substitute employee shares at least one of the skills possessed by the employee that requested the shift trade. Two-way shift trades are also accepted when both employees have no skills. The shift trade is rejected if the requesting employee and the substitute employee do not have any matching skills.

Shift bidding requests are accepted when the substitute employee shares at least one of the skills possessed by the posting employee. Shift bidding requests are also accepted if both employees have no skills. Shift bidding requests are rejected if the posting and bidding employees have no matching skills.
