Unauthorized Records Report

This table describes the content of the Unauthorized Records Report:

Criteria fields	Description
Employee ID Team Include Sub Teams Pay Group Calculation Group Date Selection Start Date End Date Group By Order By Direction Show Parameters Report Format	The report shows employee daily work summaries that are unauthorized. For each record, the date, employee ID, name, pay group, and shift are displayed. In addition, two strings representing the hour types and time codes worked in the day are displayed with the number of hours corresponding to each hour type or time code. This provides an at-a-glace summary of the unauthorized employee work day.
