Monthly Calendar panel

The Monthly Calendar panel is a monthly view that includes this information:

  • Your selected shifts and existing scheduled shifts:
    • Shifts you have selected in self-scheduling are highlighted in green. When you submit your schedule, these shifts are highlighted in blue.
    • Existing shifts assigned to you are highlighted in blue. Existing shifts are read-only and cannot be edited in self-scheduling.
    • Time off is highlighted in orange. Time off is read-only and cannot be edited in self-scheduling.
    • Alert icons are displayed for shifts that violate self-scheduling rules.
    • When you have three or more shifts selected or assigned on the same day, the text More is displayed. You can click the date to view the shifts.
  • The number of shifts that are currently available for you to select. A zero is displayed if all shifts are filled, if you are not qualified for the available shifts, or if selecting a shift violates a self-scheduling rule.
  • The Total Hours column indicates your scheduled hours for each week.
