OVERLAP_MINUTES

This parameter represents the number of minutes of allowable overlap time between two shifts for an employee when the employee accepts a shift that overlaps with the employee’s existing shifts.

For example, if OVERLAP_MINUTES is set to 60 and Employee A is scheduled to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, then Employee A can accept a shift trade that starts as early as 4:00 PM or one that ends as late as 10:00 AM.
