This parameter determines whether the "UNAVAILABLE" message is displayed on the Schedule page for days that the employee is unavailable to work.
When set to True, "UNAVAILABLE" is displayed on the Schedule page for days that the employee is unavailable.
When set to False, the message is not displayed.
Note: The AVAILABILITY_VERIFIER_ENABLE parameter must be set to True for this parameter to have an effect. - Valid Values:

RGB color values in hexadecimal format. (The range is #FFFFFF for white to #000000 for black.)
