SCHEDULE_SELECTION_PERIOD

This parameter specifies the number of days in advance employee schedules are transferred from the system to the clock servers and clock devices. For example, if the parameter value is 3, schedules for the current day plus 3 additional days are transferred when the clock initiates a table dump for an employee schedule.

Generally, the default value of 3 does not need to be changed. Increasing the number of days reduces the frequency of the communication between clock and application and increases data volume.

If any clock device or clock server has the wbsynch.schedules.days setting set to greater than 0, the value takes precedence over this registry parameter.

Any positive integer value.
