Support for UDFs and Flags for EDLAs in Employee Import

In the Employee Import, you can now specify UDF and Flag fields in the employee default labor allocation (EDLA) data. The UDFs and FLAGs are specified in the EMP_DEF_LAB field after the standard EDLA fields.

See "Employee Import process" in the Infor Workforce Management Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.

Accrual enhancements

These enhancements were implemented for accruals:

  • An annual maximum. For example, some legislation on paid sick leave has a provision for the maximum hours an employee may accrue or use in a year.
  • A core ratio that uses the current SumOfGoodHours class, but converts those minutes to hours. For example, you can use this ratio class if your paid sick balance is defined in hours.
  • A core ratio that uses the FTE (full-time equivalency) value of an employee as the ratio for the accrual. With this ratio class, an employee with an FTE of 1.0 would get the full accrual amount, whereas an employee with an FTE of 0.5 would get half the accrual amount.

See "Creating accruals" in the Infor Workforce Management Balances and Accruals User Guide.
