Getting started

Before you begin, verify these prerequisites:

• The Infor Workforce Management application is installed and configured.
• The currently supported version of Cognos for this release of Workforce Management is installed and configured.
• Workforce Performance for the current release of Workforce Management has been deployed.
• A supported browser is installed.

• Cookies are enabled in your browser.

You should also have a working knowledge of Cognos Analytics - Reporting and Query Studio.
