ASV shift hovers

Hovering over a shift cell in ASV now provides additional information about the source and details of shifts. For shifts that are booked-off and where the book-offs have been cancelled, the related relief shift information is displayed in the hover. Shifts in the “Action Required” (AR) state also display information regarding their related cancelled booked off shifts. Ad-hoc shifts also display information in the hover about their ad-hoc nature.
