Security

An enhanced group security manager enables administrators to quickly build new group security configurations from templates or existing group security configurations.

• Templates include default form access settings for supervisors, managers, administrators, readonly, etc.
• The manager also includes a single-page view of multiple security groups, making setting access to specific maintenance forms easy.

Individual job scheduler tasks can now be limited to specific Workbrain security groups.

The administrator can set the security groups that will have access to that task with a popup window. Security groups that do not have access to the task will not see the task on the job scheduler screen.
