Import of SO employee data

Gap in the SO PROCESSOR does not allow some of the employee settings to be updated. Users can now import the SO employee data with individual columns of SO employee table. The SO_EMPLOYEE column was modified as SKDGRP_NAME (resolved as SKDGRP_ID). These columns were added:

All fields in the SO_EMPLOYEE table can now be imported using the core employee import interface. The core interface now includes all of these fields:
