On Leave filter

The On Leave filter in ASV can be used to view or hide employees that are on leave during the current schedule period. Employees are considered on leave if they are only scheduled to leaves during the schedule period that is currently displayed. If an employee is assigned to any working shifts, they are not considered on leave for the schedule period.

Leaves created in any part of the application are considered for determining if an employee is on leave. This includes, but is not limited to, booked off shifts, LTA shifts created in a Master Rotation or One-time Schedule, or approved leaves created in the Time-off Planner.
