Maintenance Forms
Separate Find Section
The Find section is now separated from the result table to prevent confusion with a new entry row. The search fields are now listed in three columns to reduce side-scrolling while performing a search.
Search All Field
In addition to the existing search a new Search All field is available. The Search All field scans all the visible fields for the entered value. You can use this field in conjunction with existing search abilities to further narrow down the results.
Show or Hide Find Section
The Find section can now be configured to be shown or hidden. In cases where the Find section is shown, the section can be configured to be expanded or collapsed.
Range Scan for Date, Time, and Number UI
Date, Time, and Number UI fields have the ability to perform a range scan to narrow search results. Users can specify From and To ranges to search for values between the entered criteria or use the existing functionality to search for a specific value.
Reorder Columns
A maintenance form can now be configured through the reorder column functionality to place the most relevant columns first. This change can help make the review of the listing results more efficient.
Pagination
A maintenance form can be configured to make new pagination available. In cases where new pagination is not desired, the existing pagination is still available. When the new pagination is used, page numbers are displayed on the result pages (clickable). The page numbers provide an indicator of the total number of results and the results that the user is currently viewing.
Add New Rows
Forms now use a button to add new rows of data. The blank rows previously used for adding rows have been removed. The button can be hidden on forms where the button is not necessary.
Display MF Details in Multiple Columns
Users can now specify the number of columns (1-8) in addition to the existing orientation parameter (Horizontal and Vertical). This change enables the maintenance form to utilize the existing white space better when maintenance form details are viewed. This change also limits the amount of scrolling.
