Batch Approvals

Batch Approval of Interaction requests has been added to this release. Through the Workmail Batch Approvals screen, users are able to:

  • Sort Interaction requests by Date or by Interaction Type.
  • Select a number of Interactions from a list of pending approvals (via check boxes) and then approve them all at one time (click Submit button).

Interactions that are sent to the user’s Workmail Inbox and that are pending approval/rejection automatically appear in the Batch Approvals screen. Batch Approvals can be accessed via the Workmail – Batch Approvals screen (click the Batch Approvals button in the Workmail screen).

In order for Batch Approvals to be activated, Batch Approvals must be enabled via the Form Builder (click the Batch Approvable check box). If Batch Approvals is not enabled, then Interactions that are sent to the Workmail Inbox will not automatically be sent to the Batch Approvals screen.
