Changes to Accommodate Changes to the Connecticut Sick Law

The State of Connecticut recently passed an act requiring some employers to award some employees paid sick leave. The law only applies to employers with 50 or more employees. Only service worker employees are eligible to receive the paid sick leave time. The service worker definition can be found in the act’s official text, along with the requirements for awarding sick leave.
