Workmail

The messaging counter from Workmail automatically updates when new messages arrive in the user’s Inbox.

Administrators can configure the content of the interaction WB Mail that is sent to external e-mail servers. This includes the following features:

• Ability to configure message body text for interaction messages
• Ability to suppress the URL in the message body
• Ability to define an optional URL for the URL link
