Navigating the Schedule Details Panel

After selecting an unstaffed or staffed shift in the MVS, the Schedule Details panel is populated with that shift’s details.

You can perform the following navigation tasks within the Schedule Details panel:

Hiding and showing the Schedule Details panel

Click the Hide link, which toggles to the Show link. Click the Show link to reveal the Schedule Details panel.

Viewing employee’s other working times for the selected date

If the employee assigned to the currently selected schedule is assigned to any other shifts/jobs or teams for that day, the time of the other assignment(s) are shown in the Schedule Details panel’s title line.

To view the schedule details for the employee’s other working time(s), click the link(s) in the title line.

Note: If the employee is assigned to another team for the other assignments and you do not have permission to view data for that team, you will not be able to view those schedule details.

Viewing and editing default Employee Find and Sort Configuration settings

Click the Rules link to display the Employee Find & Sort Order Configuration page. You can widen or narrow your search or to change the sort order of the eligible employees. Items marked with an asterisk (*) have had default values set up for them.

Note: Changes on this page are only in effect for the current session staffed or unstaffed shift.

Viewing the details for the selected employee and schedule

Click the Details tab to display the Details page on the Schedule Details panel, where you can view and edit activities assigned to the employee for the scheduled shift.

Viewing employee information

Click the Emp Info tab to display the Employee Information page on the Schedule Details panel, where you can view contact details for the employee and the employee’s weekly schedule. The details are useful if you need to immediately notify the employee of scheduling changes.

Your system administrator can configure the information included or excluded on the page for security reasons.

Viewing Schedule Compliance information

Click the Compliance tab to display any of the Schedule Compliance module’s warnings/errors associated with the selected employee and shift.
