Viewing Team and Job Time Coverage Roll-ups

Team coverage is calculated by taking the sum of all the job level coverage for the team for the day. Job Time coverage is calculated by taking the sum all the job level coverage within the job time for the day.

Because a day’s schedule can have overstaffed and understaffed jobs at the same time, only viewing coverage on higher level roll-ups can be misleading. If the scheduler were to only view the Team or Job Time roll-up, the coverage status would be misleading. To avoid this, under- and over-staffed numbers are displayed in red, while full coverage numbers are displayed in blue. If the overstaffed and full coverage numbers are not true overstaffing or full coverage (due to understaffing within the job/job time/team), then the numbers are preceded with a red triangle.
