One-time Schedule template rows

A row in a One-time Schedule (OTS) template stores a shift rotation and labor metrics. The shifts and labor metrics are used when creating new OTS schedules based on the template. You can create new versions of OTS template rows to change the shifts or labor metrics in the schedule rotation.

Changes to OTS template rows only affect future OTS schedules created from the same template. When activating new row versions in an OTS template, the effective start date of the row version must be later than the end date of the last processed OTS schedule that is based on the OTS template. If changes are required to an OTS schedule that is based on a template, you can make the changes directly to the OTS schedule.
