Viewing or editing hours of operation

  1. Select Scheduling > Schedule Optimization > Setup > Configuration Editor.
  2. Select or search or refine stores or departments as necessary in the Navigation Pane.
  3. Select the stores or departments for which you want to edit the hours of operation from the Results section.
  4. Click the Hours of Operation tab.
    The Entity Details section displays the hours of operation for the selected locations.
  5. Navigate to the month and year you want to edit using the arrow buttons or drop-downs.
  6. Do one of these actions:
    • Click the day for the hours that you want to edit.
    • To edit multiple consecutive days, click adjacent days on the schedule for the number of days you require.
    • Click the column name to edit all days that fall on a particular day of the week, such as all Thursdays.
  7. Click Edit.
    The dates you have selected are displayed in the From and To fields.
  8. Select the Forever check box if you want to modify the hours of operation into the indefinite future.
  9. Select the days your edits should affect from the Applies To drop-down-list box.
  10. Select the Closed check box to mark the store or department as closed for the selected dates, if necessary.
  11. Specify a new time in the Opening Time field, if necessary.
  12. Specify a new time in the Closing Time field, if necessary.
  13. Click Save.
