Troubleshooting Mobile Shift Offer

This table lists solutions to common issues that might prevent shifts from being offered or from being claimed by employees:
Issue Solution
Cannot send out shift offers Connectivity to the Vortex service must be set up before shift offers can be sent. Complete the Vortex connectivity setup.
Message displayed saying "No contact information is available for the selected employee(s)" To receive shift offers, employees must have contact information configured in their employee profile as UDF values.
Employee fails to claim shift due to scheduling rules This is the expected result when an employee attempts to claim an offered shift that would cause a schedule compliance error or overlap conflict with their existing schedule.
Employee shift claims not reflected in employee schedule This can occur due to firewall or network issues preventing communication between the Vortex service and the WFM application server. Contact your system administrator or Infor support for assistance.
