Troubleshooting Mobile Shift Offer
This table lists solutions to common issues that might prevent shifts from being offered or
from being claimed by employees:
Issue | Solution |
---|---|
Cannot send out shift offers | Connectivity to the Vortex service must be set up before shift offers can be sent. Complete the Vortex connectivity setup. |
Message displayed saying "No contact information is available for the selected employee(s)" | To receive shift offers, employees must have contact information configured in their employee profile as UDF values. |
Employee fails to claim shift due to scheduling rules | This is the expected result when an employee attempts to claim an offered shift that would cause a schedule compliance error or overlap conflict with their existing schedule. |
Employee shift claims not reflected in employee schedule | This can occur due to firewall or network issues preventing communication between the Vortex service and the WFM application server. Contact your system administrator or Infor support for assistance. |
