Unsupported platforms and configurations

Infor tests and maintains support environments only for platform component configurations and versions listed in this document. Any defects reported on a non-supported platform must also be reproducible on a supported platform in order to qualify for support under the Maintenance and Support agreement. If, after investigation, Infor determines that a specific issue is related to the non-supported platform, Infor will cease the investigation. A services contract between Infor and the client may be initiated, and Infor may, at its own discretion, agree to engage in this services contract to continue the investigation.

Since the support teams only have access to standard documentation and systems running in supported platform configurations, Infor will be unable to assist with installation, setup or performance questions and recommendations for unsupported platform configurations. Any and all information related to setting up an unsupported platform configuration is the sole responsibility of the customer. Infor makes no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding the use of Infor Workforce Management software on an unsupported platform configuration. The customer assumes all risks associated with conflicts that arise between various system component software including, but not limited to, performance and system settings.
