Verifying the data flow

To verify whether the initial data is flowing from Infor EAM to Workforce Management, check the message inbox of WFM and outbox area of Infor EAM to see if data is retrieved from Infor EAM.

  • Use the ION Desk to find failures related to BOD structures. For example, if a message has an invalid format or is missing a mandatory field, ION describes the problem.
  • Use the Databridge Message Status in Infor EAM to find more information on the processing of incoming EAM messages.

After resolving the problems, you must either resubmit the message or publish a new message.
