Starting applications

Ensure that these products are running:

• Workforce Management
• Infor EAM

In Workforce Management, start the IMS Bod Processing Task if it is not already running. This task is used to process all inbound BODs that WFM is configured to receive.

By default, this task is set to run every 30 seconds, which is the recommended frequency.
