Payroll dashboard

The Payroll dashboard displays information for a specific time period of the employees in a specified pay group. You select the pay group, the time frame, and which report or summary to view. These reports and summaries are available from the Payroll dashboard:

  • Adjustment displays payroll adjustments that were performed on an employee’s records after the adjustment date.
  • Attendance allows supervisors at the start of the shift to see which employees in the team have not clocked on. Any employees in the team who are not scheduled are listed as ‘OFF’.
  • Exception displays employees with specific time codes, specified as irregular by system administrators, on their timesheets. This report can track any time code you want highlighted. The Details link displays the employee’s timesheet with the exception.
  • Exception - Notify displays the same information as Exception. When the report is run, a message is sent notifying the appropriate supervisor about the exception time code.
  • Exception - Unauthorized only displays employees with unauthorized exception time codes on their timesheets.
  • OT Report displays the total of overtime hours the team’s employees recorded over the specified time period. System administrators define which hour types represent overtime.
  • Schedule Absences displays any long-term absences the team’s employees recorded over the specified time period and the start and end time the absence occurred in. Scheduled days off in employee shift patterns are not displayed on the report. Sick days are also not displayed on the report.
  • Shift Pattern displays all the shifts and jobs for an employee over a two-week period. This report always displays the information from the start of the first selected week even if a manual date range is used. You can use this report for an employee, but not for teams.
