Auto-Assignment

The integration with FICO Xpress, also known as Dash, is not supported when WFM is operated in GovCloud mode. The Auto-Assignment features in MVS and LFSO, which depend on the FICO Xpress optimization engine, are disabled in GovCloud mode. This includes both the new Auto-Assignment model and the older ScheduleOptimizerBroker model.
