Troubleshooting with Diagnostic Mode
The WB2000 Series Clock has a Diagnostics Mode, which is used to help diagnose problems with the clock. Diagnostic Mode provides this information:
- Software versions currently installed, such as the firmware, drivers and TCP/IP stack version.
- Software versions currently installed, such as the firmware, drivers and TCP/IP stack version.
- Ethernet hardware present.
- Physical connection mode.
- Unit ID number of the clock reader.
- Static client host port number.
- Host IP address.
- Clock reader IP address
- Subnet mask.
- Clock reader's serial number.
- G-10 number for the PC board used in the clock reader (useful when contacting Infor for technical support).
- Current date setting for the clock reader (RTC Diagnostic).
- Amount of RAM available on the clock reader.
