Setting up Workforce Management to use Single Sign On

To set up Workforce Management to use Single Sign On, perform these tasks that are outlined in this section:

• Create a private key and a public certificate. See Creating a private key and public certificate.

• Create a Service Provider for Workforce Management. See Creating a Service Provider for Workforce Management.
• Create a user in your IdP. See Creating a user in your IdP.
• Get the signing certificate from the IdP. See Getting the signing certificate from the IdP.
