Creating the Actuals Summary Aggregation task

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Job Scheduler.
  2. Click Add Schedule.
    The Job Scheduler page is displayed.
  3. In the Task Description field, specify the name of the task.
  4. In the Task Type area, select Java Task, and then select Labor Budgeting - Actuals Summary Aggregation Task from the drop-down list.
  5. Complete the other fields on the Job Scheduler page. See the Infor WFM Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click OK.
    The Task Schedules page is displayed. The task you created is displayed in the list.
  8. Click Parameters next to the new task.
    The Actuals Summary Aggregation Parameters page is displayed.
  9. Specify this information:
    Start Day Offset (Days)
    The application calculates the start date for aggregation using the system date plus or minus any user-specified offset. Specify the number of days to offset. To specify a date in the past, specify a negative number.
    End Date Offset (Days)
    The application calculates the end date for aggregation using the system date plus or minus any user-specified offset. Specify the number of days to offset.
    Volume Type
    The volume type that needs to be aggregated.
  10. Click Submit to save the new parameters, and then click Submit again to acknowledge the message.
You can now manually run this task at any time by clicking the Run Now button next to the task name.
