Mass-editing permissions

A budget manager can mass-edit a plan only if both the following conditions are true:

• The budget manager must have permission to edit the location. This is determined either by user security for a particular budget manager or by team security for the budget manager role.
• The plan must be editable by the budget manager, which means the budget manager must be linked to a location type specified by the MASS_EDIT_LOC_TYPES registry parameter. By default, this is only the CORPORATE location type. See the Infor WFM Registry Parameter Reference Guide. This means that the plan must be either released to or submitted to that budget manager.
