The Periodic Planning Process and the Application

The application supports the periodic planning process in the following two ways:

• The Budget Management module can create or update a top-down forecast to use as a periodic plan. The periodic plan can also undergo a solicitation process.
• The Budget Creation module can create or update a BUP to use as a periodic plan. This budget can be exported from the Budget Creation module and then imported into the Budget Management module to undergo the solicitation process.
