Editing Temporary Patterns

Temporary availability patterns can be edited using the Employee lookup.

To edit temporary availability:

  1. Select Maintenance > Employees > Employee Availability.
  2. Select the employee for whom you want to edit temporary availability using the Employee lookup.
    Only the employees to which you have access are displayed.
  3. Select Employee Availability Pattern.
  4. Select the temporary pattern that you want to edit, from the Availability Pattern drop-down list. A temporary pattern is identified by its start and end dates.
    The Employee Availability Pattern page is displayed for your selected pattern.
  5. Modify the appropriate fields as required.
  6. Click Submit.
