Troubleshooting page

The Workbrain 5.0.3.0 release introduced the Troubleshooting page, designed to help system administrators diagnose and troubleshoot clocks from a remote location. The page displays general clock information and memory usage. You can also run a troubleshooting script from the page that performs this analysis:

  • Checks for duplicate or empty settings in the .conf files
  • Examines the active threads and their schedules
  • Examines the Web Services configuration
  • Examines the database properties
  • Examines the reader head configuration
  • Analyzes the operating system attributes
