Messages and Prompts
This table lists the default display messages and prompts that the WB5500 displays and when they are displayed. These messages and prompts are set in the edc_settings_en_US.conf file, which can be modified at any time.

The table uses this legend:
- ~# indicates the line number. For example, ~#1Test displays the word Test on the first line.
- _INPUT_ indicates that a line has an input with a cursor.
- _INPUT_NO_CURSOR_ indicates a line has an input without a cursor.
- _SCROLL_ indicates the line contains a one-line scroll list.
- _DATE_ indicates the date is to be displayed on this line.
- _DELETE_ indicates that the line that was previously displayed should be deleted.
