Accessing the Troubleshooting page

To access the Troubleshooting page:

  1. Launch your Internet browser (Firefox and Internet Explorer are supported).
  2. Specify this address using the clock’s IP address and replacing <PORT> with the Troubleshooting page port number.:
    http://<IP Address>:<PORT>

    By default, the port number is 3002. For more information, see Setting the Troubleshooting page port number.

    The Troubleshooting page is displayed.
