Overview

The WB2000 Series Clock is used to record the times that employees start and stop work. The clock beeps one way for successful punches and another way for unsuccessful punches. The VALID light flashes for successes and the INVALID light flashes for failures. Error messages are displayed on the screen for unsuccessful punches. Confirmation messages are displayed on the screen for successful (validated) punches.

This document provides information for supervisors and employees on how to use the WB2000 Series Clock to record when they start and stop shifts, take their breaks, and change jobs or departments.

This document also describes supervisor tasks, such as enrolling employees to use biometric scanners and performing clock punches on behalf of employees.
