This document provides you with information and guidelines for implementing the Shift Billboard module in the Infor Workforce Management (WFM) application. The Shift Billboard allows teams to post shifts that can be claimed by employees that want to work the shifts. Managers can reduce understaffing by posting open shifts. Employees can increase control of their own schedules by posting shifts to the billboard and claiming shifts posted by managers or other employees.

Shift Billboard can be used by customers that create schedules using the Multiview Scheduler (MVS) module. This guide helps explain how Shift Billboard integrates with MVS and how to configure Shift Billboard to achieve your client's scheduling requirements.
