This registry parameter enables customers to configure the Mobile Shift Offer feature to use the default JDA Vortex service or a custom service. The registry parameter is set to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA by default, which configures Mobile Shift Offer to use the JDA Vortex service. Customers using the JDA Vortex service must complete the authentication setup and specify contact information for employees as UDF values.

Note: The JDA Vortex service is the only supported service for Mobile Shift Offer in multi-tenant deployments of WFM. Multi-tenant customers using Mobile Shift Offer must set this registry parameter to sch-shiftOfferCalloutServiceImplJDA. - Valid Values:
