SA Administrator Options - Integrations - CRM Integration Options field descriptions
CRM Addons
- Freight
- Select an addon to be designated as the Infor CRM addon for freight
charges. This addon must be set up in SA Order Entry Addon Setup,
and must match the Distributed Charge/Freight Reason Code you assign to freight
charges in Infor CRM.
- Configuring the Freight field allows you to accept freight charges
in Distribution SX.e that are added to an order in Infor CRM. The addon you specify in the Freight field is matched to the distributed charge
sent with a sales order from Infor CRM. When an order is received
from Infor CRM in the SalesOrder BOD,
the DistributedCharge element is compared to the value in
the Freight field. If they
match, the freight addon is added to the Addon 2 field when the order is created in
Sales Order Entry-Taxes and
Totals.
- The distributed charges and Reason Code elements are also received from
Infor CRM in the GetOrderDetail REST API call.
Contacts
- Enable Do Not Contact Fields for CRM Integration
- Select this option to enable the Do Not Solicit options in the Contacts
context web application window.
- When new contacts are created in the Contacts application, these Do Not
Solicit options are selected by default:
- Do Not Email
- Do Not Call
- Do Not Mail
- Do Not Fax
- These settings are used to notify your customer service reps or any users
who use the Contacts application how to handle any solicitation to the customer or
vendor. These settings apply to all phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing
addresses set up for the contact. Use these options to ensure that your company
adheres to consumer protection laws that may require that you gain permission from
your customer before contacting them.
- The settings for these fields are sent in the
sxapiCAMContactMnt and sxapiCAMGetContactListV4 API calls.
If you select the Enable Do Not Contact Fields for CRM
Integration, these setting are also added to the
ContactMaster BOD. If you are integration to a CRM application such as
Infor CRM, make sure you synchronize the settings for these
fields in both the CRM application and in the Contact application in Distribution SX.e. If Distribution SX.e is the system of record for contacts, any
changes to these fields updates the fields in the CRM application. The Do Not Solicit
fields are selected by default, therefore, you should update the contact records in
the Contacts application for those contacts that do allow all or some contact methods
before you synchronize data with your CRM application.
