Product Extended Product Info Exception Setup field descriptions

Use these fields to search for or create a product info exception record. Fields are presented in alphabetical order.

Customer #

Required. Specify the customer’s account number. Only records for this customer are included in the grid.

Ship To

Optional. If you specify a Ship To, it must exist for this customer number.

Product

Specify a product number for an item that currently exists in your inventory or a catalog item.
