Canceling a line on a fabricated kit sales order

Fabricated kits are a hybrid of a prebuilt and build on demand kit that can be transferred between warehouses. Use these instructions to cancel a line on a fabricated kit sales order.

Note: You cannot cancel a line on a work order if the tied order is in use.

Select Sales > Entry > Order.
Select Maintain Order and specify the order number. Click Next.
Select the line you want to send to lost business and click Lost Business.

Note: You must have the correct security in SA Operator Setup to use Lost Business functionality.
Specify a lost business reason and click OK. Messages reminding you to manually adjust the transfer and manually remove the tie on the work order are displayed.
Save the order.
