Configuring VA items with product configurator after sales order entry
A VA specialist with operator authority can access the Infor CPQ Configurator from VA Order Entry after a sales order has been entered. The specialist can use the Configurator to specify the product materials and the configuration options and add the appropriate sections, lines, and notes to the VA order.
- Select .
- Select a VA Order and click to access CPQ and configure the item.
- Configure the item in CPQ; click .
- Close the Configuration Complete window to return to your current order in VA Order Entry. The sections, lines, notes are added to the VA order.
- Complete the VA order.
