Enter a specific unit if you want the available now and future available quantities to display according to the specified unit. If you leave this field blank, the stocking unit from Product Setup is used.

The quantity of this product currently committed to orders.
- Customer On Hand

The quantity of customer-owned product in a Storeroom-managed warehouse before it is ordered and reserved. This value is updated when the product is received and issued.
- Customer Reservations
-
The Product Customer Reservations Setup. Click this button to view the Customer Reservations lookup. If there is insufficient quantity for the product in the selected warehouse, the Qty Short for Reservations amount is displayed above this button. This amount is from any active reservations for this warehouse product with the Replenish Stock option selected. The current date must also be within the reservation’s Start and Expire Date.

It is not adjusted by any customer product reservations. You must review all active reservations for the product on the Customer Reservations lookup window to determine the total Reserved Quantity. - Days

The number of days of product availability based on the average daily usage (usage rate/28) and the current on hand, not committed stock. The values used in the calculation are pulled from the Product Warehouse Products Setup record.
Days = (On Hand - Reserved – Committed) / (Usage Rate / 28) or 999, whichever is less

The current total quantity of stock in the warehouse.
- Qty Short for Reservations

This amount is displayed if there is a product reservation for this warehouse/product/customer/shipto and there is insufficient quantity for the product. This amount is obtained from the Product Customer Reservations Setup record if the Replenish Stock option is selected.
- Reserved

The quantity of this product that is currently reserved.
- Total Available Now

The quantity of stock available now.
Available Future
Available Future = On Order + Received - Back Ordered - Demanded
- Back Ordered

The quantity of product that is currently on back order. This value is pulled from Warehouse Products Setup - Balances.
- Customer On Order
-
The quantity of Permanent C products in a Storeroom-managed warehouse. Permanent C products are stock that is always owned and replenished by the customer. This value is updated only when the Purchase Entry Customer Owned Purchase Report is run and reflects the recommended order quantity calculated by this report.
- Demanded
-
The quantity of product on demand. Demand is created when a warehouse transfer or prebuilt kit work order is created but cannot be completely finalized. This is because the quantity shipped is less than the quantity ordered. This value is pulled from Product Warehouse Products Setup - Balances.
- On Order
-
The quantity of product currently on order. The quantities on purchase orders, warehouse transfers, and kit parent products on active work orders are included in this quantity.
- Received
-
The quantity of product that have been received through Purchase Entry Receipt of Inventory or Transfer Entry Receipt of Inventory or KP Work Order Center Entry but not yet distributed.
Received items are not considered available for sale until Sales Entry Processing Back Order Fill is completed or the received quantities are moved to the on hand balance during Purchase Entry Receipt of Inventory/Transfer Entry Receipt of Inventory/KP Work Order Center Entry.

The quantity of product that is available for sale after all future distributions are considered.
General
- Avg Lead Time

The average number of days required to replenish this product. This is the time from the date the order is placed to the first receipt of the product from its ARP source.
- Brand

The brand code associated with this product. This value is pulled from Product Catalog Setup - General.
- Days Out (6 Mos)
-
The number of days this product was stocked out in the last 6 months.
- Description
-
The product description from Product Warehouse Products Setup.
- Last Counted
-
The date the product was last counted.
- Last Ordered
-
The date of the last purchase order on which this product was included.
- Last Received
-
The date of the last receipt for this product.
- Last Sold
-
The date of the last sales order on which this product was included.
- Last Stock Out
-
The last time this product was marked as stocked out on a pick ticket. The date and days and times the product stocked out, can help determine a product's trends. If these values are high and this date is recent, it may indicate that the product needs to be reviewed. This helps to determine if the problem lies with the vendor or with the ordering controls.
- Mfg Prod

The manufacturer's product number tied to this product. This value is set up in Product Catalog Setup.
- Times Out (6 Mos)

The number of times this product was stocked out in the last six months.
- Vend Prod

The vendor's product number tied to this product. This value is set up in Product Catalog Setup.
Overseas Trade
- At Dock

The quantity of this product that is currently sitting at the dock.
- At Whse

The quantity of product that has arrived at the warehouse, but is not yet unloaded.
- Completion Dt

The date production of the product was completed.
- Dock Arrival Dt

The date the product arrived at the dock.
- In Production

The quantity of product currently in production.
- In Transit

The quantity of product currently in transit.
- Unload Dt

The date the product was unloaded at the warehouse.
- Whse Arrival Dt

The date the product arrived at the warehouse.
Surplus
- Short Term
-
Displays the short-term surplus quantity. Short-term surplus is calculated as:
- On Hand – Reserved – Committed – Backordered – Demand + Received – (Line Point + Order Quantity)
Note: Line Point + Order Quantity is not subtracted if the product's Ordering Method is Min/Max. - Long Term

Displays the long-term surplus quantity. Long-term surplus is calculated based on the number of months you specify at the company, warehouse, vendor, or product line level in the Long Term Surplus field in Product Replenishment Setup-Ranking.

- Long Term Type

This is normally a hidden field that must be added using the Personalization feature. This displays the long-term surplus type, either Order as Needed-Do Not Reorder, Frozen, Line Point + EOQ, Months * Usage, Actual Monthly Usage (AMU), or blank. These are the same types that are included on the Product Surplus Stock Report.
- Long Term Months

This is normally a hidden field that must be added using the Personalization feature. This displays the number of months used to calculate long-term surplus. This is defined at the company, warehouse, vendor, or product line level in Product Replenishment Setup-Ranking.
Bin Location
- Bin

The primary and secondary bin locations specified on the Product Warehouse Products Setup record.
- Buyer

The buyer specified on the Product Warehouse Products Setup record.
- Leeway
-
The number of days before the promise date of an order or warehouse transfer that inventory is reserved for this warehouse product. This value is pulled from the Product Warehouse Product Setup - General window.
- Reservation
-
The reservation type from Product Warehouse Products Setup - General. Reservation type is an attribute that overrides the standard inventory reservation rule and changes the timing at which inventory is reserved or not reserved.
- Status
-
The product status from Product Warehouse Products Setup - General.
Next Receipt
- Date
-
The date the next shipment of the product is expected. The purchase order or warehouse transfer number is displayed at the bottom of the Next Receipt section.
- Qty
-
The quantity of this product expected with the next receipt.
- Unit
-
The unit the quantity you can expect is represented in.
Customer Reservations lookup
When you click
, any Product Customer Reservations Setup records that exist for the selected warehouse product are displayed in the grid. Use the search criteria to look for other customer reservation records.You can add a note to either the main or Product Detail reservation record. Select the record from the grid and then select the Notes context application.
The Customer Reservations Lookup can be accessed from these additional functions: Sales Customer Pricing Inquiry, Sales Order Entry-Shopping List, Purchase Demand Center Entry, and Transfer Demand Center Entry.
- Contract

Specify a contract ID to perform a new search of product reservations for a specific contract.
- Customer
-
Specify a customer number to perform a new search of product reservations for a specific customer. When the Customer Reservations lookup is accessed from a function where the customer is present, the customer number is defaulted in this field.
- Product

This is defaulted from the Product Availability Inquiry-Product window. You can changed it to perform a new search for customer product reservation records.
- Ship To
-
Specify a customer shipto number to perform a new search of product reservations for a specific customer shipto. When the Customer Reservations lookup is accessed from a function where the shipto is present, the shipto number is defaulted in this field.
- Status
-
Select All, Active, or Inactive to limit a new search to reservation records based on status.
- Warehouse
-
This is defaulted from the Product Availability Inquiry-Product window but can be changed to perform a new search for customer product reservation records.
